Cherish the Spark
“Nothing binds you except your thoughts; nothing limits you except your fear; and nothing controls you except your beliefs.” – Marianne Williamson
The AccepTTranscend Model for Transformation encompasses six stages traversed by people from diverse backgrounds and cultures who have transcended adversity to enrich their lives with increased joy, meaning and purpose. The sequence can be followed repeatedly, like a spiral, each time further illuminating for participants their most authentic self and grounding in the world.
Developed by Transpersonal Therapist, Trainer, Coach and Workshop Facilitator Tam Martin, herself a survivor and transcender, AccepTTranscend offers a sustainable and continually evolving series of steps through which participants can learn to live more meaningfully.
Tam uses carefully developed practical and creative exercises to guide participants through the AccepTTranscend programme. Each stage gently and joyfully facilitates the healing of past wounds and recognition of personal power gained through life experiences. The process inspires expression and self-understanding, enabling profound growth through passionate and compassionate engagement with self and others, individual purpose, and place in the world. Participants learn to see the valuable gifts gained through their most challenging experiences, and to navigate existing and future challenges from new levels of insight and wisdom.
Services include generic and bespoke workshops and courses as well as individual Beyond Coaching sessions and programmes (face-to-face, online or as a combination). Please contact Tam to discuss options that best suit your requirements.
